First time MB owner

Hi just after buying a '98 clk 230 cabriolet. Very genuine car with just 45k miles on the clock. Is there anything I should know about this model for maintenance etc. It has the Blaupunkt carphone/radio fitted. Where does the sim card go? In the radio key card slot ? The previous owner never used it and can't find the manual

Doesnt the sim go in your phone which you attach to the radio by a cradle.
I thought thats how most of them work, but i am not too sure with that model

Blaupunkt car phone

The particular car radio/phone fitted is kind of unusual. There is a hand set mounted in the car which you can pick up but you actually dial through the radio buttons. I think there was probably a card with the phone that you could put your sim onto and then slot it into the radio (where the key card goes) ?

If it is like 99% of phones fitted to MB, then as MIOBA says, the Sim goes into the phone. When this is done, all should work through the radio.

What phone is it, and what model radio?
