Interpreting Service Codes. The higher the service code the higher the cost. Most of the time spent inspecting this and that.
Servicecode
A 1 hour
B 2 hours
C 3 hours
D 4 hours
E 5 hours
F 6 hours
G 7 hours
H 8 hours
• Determined by the maintenance
calculation
• Each service code has a
corresponding estimated time
• “+” next to a service code
indicates need for brake
service (inspection)
- i.e. D+
Note: Service codes are used for estimating time ONLY. They do NOT indicate the same
service items for each code. Service items are determined by time and driving conditions.
