Gen Merc parts-where?

Can i buy genuine Merc parts over the counter at a Merc dealer?

Are there any on line retailers?

I'm just after normal service bits for a 04 SLK200 i.e oil and air filter.

Do i get new o rings in the oil filter box or are these separate items?

Its the last of the previous model SLK

No problems with over the counter at an MB dealer, although they tend to be hidden away as not so 'glamourous' as selling new cars.
