The quality of light from my original, I believe, Halogen headlights was never of any level of quality to write home about, but they were adequate for my needs and driving style, until recently! I am in fact due for an eye test but I believe it's the old Halogen lamps who are suffering from age deterioration rather than me starting to suddenly go blind!
I don't like the Colour Temperatures of HID or LED headlights which is typically around the 7500-9000k range and in fact much cooler than daylight itself which starts around 4500k, and who ever thought it was a good idea to have a blue hue to your headlights? It also has to be said, I like even less the projected costs of changing from halogen to other lamp technologies even if lower colour temperatures were available in the 3500-4500k range!
So with this in mind, I was looking for replacement lamps yesterday and came across these, their predecessor was a Night Breaker 150 and I wondered if any members had used them and how they found them?
