Has any one used dronsfields in oldham

i wish to share my experience with other mercedes owners which i have had from dronsfields,I required few body parts for my c class which was involved in an accident i came across their advert in exchange and mart and thought of trying them.
i placed my order for the required items and was assured that they were original parts.on receiving the parts i noticed that some parts were missing and they had sent me the patent parts when i called them back the same people who were polite on taking the order became very abusive and un heplfull and did not want to admit that they had sent me wothless parts,as the parts were not to my standard i had to buy them again from mercman who gave me a better service and original parts. BEWARE OF DRONSFIELDS

I have used them several times as they are not far from me,but i only use them as a last resort,as they are a set of arogant unhelpfull r souls,and if something is wrong with the item then exchange or refund is nearly impossible,but if nobody else has the parts in they usualy do

I've used them a fair few times

and they've been okay. I had to return a part once amd they changed it for another straight away, and when that didn't fix the problem they gave me a credit less the handling charge, which was fair enough. They seem quite friendly when I pop over. Th approach road is a bit of a swine though.
Mercman are pretty good as well, and there's not a lot between them on price most of the time. Whover comes out cheapest wins.
