I’ve just had an email reply back from Haynes regarding a workshop manual for the Mercedes E320 (W210). Basically there are no plans to produce one because there is no visible demand from Merc owners. One ray of hope in their reply was: “However, all customer requests are recorded and used in the decision making process of future Manual publications/updates.”
To persuade Haynes to produce a manual for your chosen model we could all email them at manualenquiry@haynes.co.uk stating the exact model in the title block. This overwhelming request will no doubt get them working on it immediately! …perhaps.

I have also tried to source a manual for my E320CDI T210 from Haynes with no luck but there is a much better alternative to the Haynes Manuals which I have noticed are gettting less and less informative often referring you to main dealers. Try e-bay for a genuine WIS (Mercedes produced) manual. I have purchased a manual on 3 CD's which covers the WHOLE range of Mercedes cars and vans from 1980 - 2003. The info is comprehensive and worth the effort. There are also smaller ranges covering specific models. Cost of the encyclopaedia c£15.00.
Care when selecting as your pc will have to be compatible.

Buy a WIS DVD set at your own risk!

I bought a 2 DVDs off Ebay last week. Not been able to get them to work yet. Most are supposed to run on a server. Hence need for particular opertaing systems e.g. Windows XP Pro.
