Heater Problems

I wonder if anybody else has had this problem. I have a 1994 E320, been a great car over the last 5 years that i've had her but recently the heater doesnt seem to be performing aswell unless the recirculating button is pressed then its red hot, only mildly warm when not. i'm also getting alot of misting problems inside the car..????. Would appreciate any advice.

Does your car have pollen fitted? If so it will need changing this is a common fault on the later models for reduced heat.

I'm not sure.....If it has any tips on where it is and how to change it?
