Hi,
I'm new to this forum, but I was hoping someone could lend a hand and tell me how I can remove the driver side inner door panel (left hand drive as I live in Switzerland). The reason I ask is because the linkage from the inner door lever to the lock/latch mechanism has broken / slipped off its railing or something because I can no longer open the door from the inside.
I've managed to remove the two screws located just under the armrest, and then tried to pry the panel off from the bottom with a flat head screw driver, but it simply will not budge (I'm giving it a fair bit of effort too). What am I doing wrong? Or should I simply be applying more brut force to get it to pop off?
Thanks in advance,
Dijon
