HELp ..w210 engine no power

my car is w210 v6 e240 112engine.....my car when rev..the engine slow respond.....i just top overhaul engine....because overheating last time...
now a mechanic repair or change any part....trotthe body ....air mass sensor...fuel pump....and check a engine timing.....but now oso a same thing.....so please !! HELp me!!...

If it was Ok before the head work, now it's not then it's something you've done.
Go back and check the cam timing, then look for air leaks.

thanx...diesel man.......if i kickdown a pedal,the power ok!...only when i drive 4gear to3rd gear a little bit hard....is a valve body problem??........cam timing and leak air...checked...is ok bro....
