I've got the engine out of my 380SE and have the intake manifold apart. The lower part of the manifold has what i will call the throttle body (i think that's what it is). There are two vacuum lines attaching to the body. One large and one small. I wasn't thinking when I took them off. Which one goes to the top tube and which to the bottom? the two vacuum attachments are about 3/8 inch apart, one above the other.

Yes!

Yes, it isn't quite the right diagram but it kicked my brain that I have a MB parts catalog for the 126 that shows it exactly !

The large diameter hose attaches to the top tube.
