Huge Bills, mine was a nightmare back to the dealers around 12 times in 14 months of ownership.

It was a main dealer car 24 months old with 21k miles on when I bought it.

They can be troublesome. Quite a few bits seem to break. I have had alternator, water pump, aux pulleys, intercooler pump, rad change for valeo issue, cooler core beneath supercharger, front thrust arm bushings, aux air pump, aux air pump relay, wiring loom for aux air pump, 4 sets of rear tyres (self inflicted if I´m honest!), front and rear discs (fair enough) in the 44,000 miles she has now covered. Minor mods, circa 400bhp.

Still love it!!!

A daunting tale. These cars have electrifying performance, but for torque per £ and practicality, not to mention insurance, fuel eceonomy and tyre wear, I would recommend you try a C 320 CDI. Different, of course, but with automatic gears and loads of torque, a hard car to get away from no matter what you might be driving. And there are more of them to choose from.
