Anyone know why my H reg. w124 230E is reving quite high, 2000 or so in park or neutral and in drive it idles about 1000 and where do i find the idle speed adjustment. I had a bit of a problem in france last week and had to be recovered to a french merc garage.Excellent service by the way. They changed the plugs, fuel filter and fiddled around and checked a few things, don't really know what they did, and now back in the uk it has got the above problem. It was recovered because it just would not start again after a 400 mile trip from the uk.Injectors etc all ok.
Also, if i may ask two questions in the same post,how easy is it to change the exhaust manifold on a C180 Estate Thanks a lot I know someone outthere has got the answer.
