Do difference Tesco stations set their own prices? Fairly certain that in Stroud yesterday it was 196.6.
Yes, yes they do - head office still decides based on regional variations (how much they can get away with...(same as all the others))

Used COSTCO Southampton yesterday. £1.839/l for diseasel. Filled to the £120 limit on the way in. Then went shopping, had dinner there. Popped into Sainsbugs on way home where diseasel was £1.979/l

As had dropped off caravan for service passed many fuel stations, 1 independent in Emsworth was £1.879/l.

Coming up the M3 a motorcyclist came off in front of the car in front in the roadworks Eastleigh/Winchester. Off duty copper behind dealt with the situation. Other carriageway stationary due to rubber neckers all the way north of Winchester. People behind beeping and getting annoyed. Must be the heat, or just plain thick :geek:

I would agree with that. So many times I think to myself 'Who on earth gave that idiot a driving licence'

Just paid £181.9 in Norwich, most in Norwich were £185/186. Found the £181.9 by default, wasn’t particularly looking for fuel at the time :)

I used to always set my digital display to show mph so as not to be travelling too fast for the road, now I have it set to show range left as I have only put in around £65 for my trip so Mrs doesn't trigger Kangaroo Court, and by the end I'm just scraping in when the warning light comes on, not long ago same trip £35 - 40.

We went to Lytham on Mon afternoon, as there was a little more than enough to stop the low fuel light I did a 'splash & dash' of £50at the local Tesco. Drove 50-ish miles each way ..... yesterday I went to Costco to brim it for going away on Mon ..... £119.01

All but £170 of diesel in 2 days! :-(

Well the most amount of fuel I have put in is 90 litres.. in an 80 litre tank.

I hadn't been driving it as the MOT was out and I was doing the brakes. Just had enough to get the MOT and as I approached the petrol station it was starting to misfire and splutter..

Unfortunately that was September 2020 so I've surely passed that amount of money for a lot less than 80 litres.. IMG_20200928_154405.jpg
