My 2003 C180K is coming up for a service, I am pretty handy in the garage so wish to do my own service, is there a way I can reset the service indicator?
Thanks.

There's the quick easy way which should be in your manual and if you've got ASSYST will probably reset it to 10,000 miles
or...
there's a hidden menu, posting number 8 in this thread http://forums.mercedesclub.org.uk/showthread.php?t=42108

which allows you to reset ASSYST with the specific type of oil you've used (i.e standard, 229.3 or 229.5). The service interval will then be set to differing start points (7500 (i think - never used it!), 10000 or 13000)
