How do I fit a Tow Bar to a Merc 190e?

Hi I have a Merc 190e and would like to fit a Tow Bar please could someone describe how this is fitted as some years ago before buying the merc I found what I thought was a merc tow bar at a car boot sale.

Its long enough to run under the underhanging spare wheel compartment so I don't mind making a few mods if required.

If anyone has an on-line photo or could point me to a website that would be much appreciated.
