As its not part of the A or B service, just trying to remember how long ago it was done.

If memory serves me well it should be done every 60,000 or 4 years or maybe its every 60,000 miles.

As the car has done 50,100 miles it might be due this year.

any knowledge welcome.

As I use Shell V Power I would imagine its squeaky clean anyway. ( well it keeps the Honda Lawnmower Carb like new and the valves! )

Hey Sub.
Pretty sure its every 4 years.
The crud doesnt come from the grade of fuel per se but the tankers, storage vessels, your own car fuel tank, which may also include water, which is why some diesel filters have a drain valve on. You could be surprised if you cut open the older filter and compared it with new.

Lawnmovers are prone to sitting for a while, so the fuel will gum up the the carb vanes/jets over storage. Best to run mowers dry prior to storage with a squirt of carb cleaner or use fuel stabiliser - which i guess is in premium fuels.

ps take the carb bowl off the mower. I am sure you will something floating there
