How to contact Mercedes

I think I've already mentioned that we are still waiting to get the manual and service book for our car. Well it's now the middle of June and we've had the car since March and we still haven't got any paperwork. The dealership we bought the car from keep saying it's 'on it's way', but at this rate we won't ever get it. I am still worried about the service as the car will be a year old later this month and we haven't a clue whether it will need a service or not and can't look in the service book as we don't have one!

Is there a Head Office number or Customer Relations Dept that I could phone that might be able to move things a bit quicker for us?

If the UK Head Office fail you then contact Mercedes in Stuttgart, address off the web, a letter is always the best medium and address it to the Chairman it works wonders, believe me.
