Hi

I have a very specific question: I am wondering if it is possible to change the Exhausts of the ML320 (2 of them) to those of the AMG version (4 exhauts).

I have asked the dealer but they don't know if it is possible to do it?

would you know any garage that is able to do it and what kind of price will they charge for it?

Many thanks

Hi & Welcome,

There are a few companies on the web who do the sporty looking exhausts. There is a link around here somewhere.
I think Brabus and Kleeman do some nice ones as well if you want to take a look at their websites.

The ML320cdi is a diesel straight 6. (unless its a new one)
The ML63 is a petrol V8
So, whilst you could get anything to fit in theory it really isn't worth the hassle, plus Cats probably aren't the same, Lamda fittings will be different - it goes on and on. As I suspect the chassis on an AMG will be a bit different too, I suspect even the mountings may differ.
Lots of folk do sports exhausts - that would be the way to go. Forget the AMG.

Thank you all for your help.
To be precise, I don't want precisely the AMG exhausts but just looking to make the car look like the AMG one so anything which is optically the same would do (4 as opposed to 2).
Actually, any good looking exhaust will do. what do you think the cost will be and can you recommand a garage that you know?
I went to the http://www.supersprint.com/a_modelli.asp?gruppo=merml website but it is not cleat how I can fit any of these here in the UK.

Thanks again

There is a supplier in the UK; http://www.eurostyling.com/
There is also a price list on eurostylings website (although it is 47 pages of PDF and the ML270CDI is on page 32)
