Impressive but it needs something else between the windscreen and the air intake to stop it looking like a grouper!

OK for the city but too small to work anywhere a serious truck is needed.

Yep, you are right, however this city truck probably doesn't have a driver

Hydrogen is looking like the only serious way to power a green vehicle in the near future

I still don't get over the fact that these green vehicles have cameras for mirrors. I mean they will use electricity to power them where a mirror is powerless and uses no energy therefore should be the greener option????

But the camera housing is smaller than the equivalent mirror therefore less wind resistance therefore less energy being used for forward momentum.

The new MB lorries have camera "rear view mirrors" and they're tiny compared to normal lorry mirrors

A few years ago Honda experimented with hydrogen power in California with the Honda Clarity(?). Owners simply filled up at a petrol station. Wonder why it never took off? Too advanced for the time maybe.

Not sure about the US, but the cost of Hydrogen fuel in the UK is still a big issue as it's around twice that of petrol/diesel.

How economical is it?
In the broadest of terms, the last time I looked at it, running costs in £ per mile of Hydrogen are approx twice that of Petrol/Diesel which are twice that of electricity with a mix of home and commercial charging, availability of Hydrogen right now is rather like the proverbial rocking horse apples :) but I'm sure in time it will improve.
