£30,000 to £5,500 in 6 years. Depreciates faster than Malcolm's new SL500 gets to 60mph, well nearly

Looks like a private sale would be well worth it if I keep the car in good order. I'm going to keep it for another three or four years, make the most of the low miles.

This is the same though for all cars for the first 5-6 years, this is why I can see no sense in paying out a few grand in service charges, my V70R had the first 10k mile service and not been done sinse, still worth top book. That cost £38k back in 98. I was offered £8k last week, but not for sale.

The most useful thing with glasses or CAP is that it gives the changes in models and the spec to go for, they were invaluable when doing the auctions and trading.

Yup, I checked mine out and it's within 200quid of the quote tonight.
