I need a favour

As I'm getting married again this month (22nd) and intend to use my E320 as a wedding car I need to get some ribbon for it. Now as you probably know my car is in the dealers sat awaiting a new Comand unit so I cannot go and measure it to find out how much ribbon I need. Therefore pls can one of you fellow W211 owners measure from the top of the A pillar to the bonnet star for me so that I can order the correct length.

from when our 202 did similar service. may come up a few cms short though, and you wouldn't want that on your nuptials, would you.

I just wish I'd bought a 2 door so I would only need 2 ribbons for the doors I suppose I could ask to borrow the CL500 they have if my E320 isn't back in time.
