Ignition Amplifier

Hiya,I am having problems with my Ignition Amplifier on a 1988(f) 420 se I have been told i will need to replace it very soon.I have tried all the the breakers yards without any luck,and to get one from the dealers is just not viable.So does any one know any body who may be scrapping one?Or point me in the right direction.The part No is as follows 077545 22 32 (bosch).I hope some one can help thanks.

try cleaning the back of it - and the bulkhead - they often go spoons due to bad earths... whats the merc part number? 126 xxx xx xx? or 000 xxx xx xx or whetever -0 the number above isnt (afaik) a merc number

Thanks for the advice,I will try what you say and see how it goes,As for the part No,when I spoke to the dealers about the Item,they gave me the part No as ---007545 22 32,which is in fact the same as on the Ignition Amplifier on the car.Once again thanks for the advice.
