I'm new here, hello! - W170 Wind Deflectors?

Hello folks, I've just bought an SLK 32 AMG and I was wondering if there are any sort of aftermarket perspex wind deflectors available instead of the mesh one that comes with the car? I've had a Google but can't seem to find anything so far.

I do not think that there are any such things,possibly they could cause problems with tha activation of the Roll Bar.

Is it a CLK or a SLK? Just you got W170 and not R170. If it is either try to stick to the MB one, I have a R171 and the paid £200 for my wind deflector but it looks right the ones on e bay just look what they are after market, (just my opinion) You've got a nice car treat it that way.

the R170 didnt come with anything other than a mesh draught excluder.

some websites sell them.If i can find one I will post up the link.

The R171 style does not fit a R170.

Thanks, sorry I got my Rs and Ws mixed up it is an SLK not a CLK. SLinKyjoe, thanks for the link, their acrylic deflector looks to be just what I was after.

For a perspex one try www.hplslk.co.uk or call 07980 822449. I have one and it is screwed in through the bulkhead and does not hum at speed although the light reflections can be irritating.
