Thank you and I feel your pain. Giving you a guarantee on the parts they fitted is very kind of them . (sarcastic face) Software updates should be complimentary when work is carried out on your car.

I would like to think that you pay to get a fault rectified? The fault was not rectified so did you pay for parts that were not needed? This is not the kind of service I would expect from a main dealer. You paid to have your car repaired and not have parts replaced that did not need replacing....

To be completely fair, (very English of me), the flywheel only manifested itself after I changed the DPF. Somehow it failed whilst sitting on a ramp over summer on my drive. Although I do agree with the poor service I got.
