At least Mercedes are improving and moving in the right direction. All we need now is for them to start properly honouring their rust warranties and improve their customer satisfaction for old and new customers. Also, stopping this snobbery and start taking customer concerns seriously!!

Still think they need to get some uniformity between their dealers. I've just changed form one to another and the difference was unbelievable. The first one I used (No names) were totally stand offish and looked down at everyone. Never even got to see a service person (apart from a young girl with an attitude problem)
New one I went to (Whitefield Mercedes) actually chatted with me, explained and showed me what they'd done (SBC recall) and was genuinely pleasant.

It seems that they're getting the cars together, if they can sort the arrogance out I'll be happier still
