Has anyones Mercedes ever had an engine fire?
My first mercedes W202 caught fire a few years back...
Was just looking at some old pics and tought id ask has any1 else had had that kinda problem?
The car had a diesel leak a good few month prior to the fire and the undertray had socked in it. but i had taken it off and put soap on it and power washed it.
the day of the fire i had driven 400miles non stop. parked the car up the but the arieal hadnt gone down (needed a lil push). soo i turnd the ignition on to go put it down. after abt 10 secs i heard a loud bang. honestly tought it was bimb going off and seen smoke coming under the bonnet. opend it up and there was a fire started on the undertray. tired blowing it out but it neva worked.... lol
What u guys think it could be? missed that car...
