Just done a leak off test and injectors seem even, but seemed to get a lot of fuel from the return pipe. I ran the engine for about a minute. Each injector leaked about 1 to 2 ml but the return pipe leaked 250ml. Is this normal or does it suggest the o rings on the pressure control valve. Can anyone help please.

You should have clamped or plugged the return line.

Thank you. I did understand that, but I was attempting to ascertain whether the seals on the pressure control valve may be letting fuel past, but I realise now that this will not show me as the return pipe from the fuel pump also comes to that junction. Is there any way of checking the seals other than a physical examination. I guess the only way really is to obtain new seals and change them anyway.
