Hi all ,

Im new to the forum and I’m greatly happy that I was able to join .

after years of enjoying Mercedes Benz owned by my father from having my all time favourite 190e to present owning a c class ,

I decided to take the plunge in purchasing one myself ,
I bought a 2009 c180 compressor with 80k miles ,
Money was on a budget so picked this up fairly decent ,
Just wanted to start making a few moss in bringing it up to date in the sense of lights ,

this is where my questions come in ,
Would there be a way of having led lights on the rear lights instead of the standard bulbs ?, would it be a a doable option if I could pick some rear lights from eBay from a newer model would they be a straight fit or would it toy with the canbus warning ? again with the interior lights i would prefer a bright white light rather than the standard warm white ? again with the front headlamps also ,

would really appreciate your feedback
Thanks guys ..

Waste of time, money and effort to be fair.

I wouldn't bother with LED rear lights. Failure of an LED required a replacement light unit at far greater cost than a good old fashioned bulb.
LED replacement bulbs rarely work without giving issues and if you use a shunt resistor to fool the bulb failure warning it will prevent the failure warning from working.
Not worth the hassle in my view.
