loss off power after changing my power steering pump

I recently changed my power steering pump on my 2001 c220cdi mercedes but when i went to drive it i have no power it is like i have no turdo.. What have i done..:confused:

Power Steering Pump

Have you checked the routing of the poly V-belt? If not engaged with the tensioner, for example, it might be slipping on the turbo pulley.

Just an idea; hope it helps.

TURBO PULLEY?????? turbos are not belt driven bud,

you have prob dislodged a vacuum pipe either for egr or turbo actuator, check all your vacuum connections,

Sssssorrrry! Didn't notice it was a diesel....thinking Kompressor on my car - at least I tried.

Just check you have not disturbed something during the pump change, i.e. intake pipe, vaccuum pipe etc. i am not familiar with the detailed layout of this engine, did you have to remove much to change the pump?
