As you pointed out before and I have said you have to get the model correct and the vin number to find a part, ok, so what you are showing is the back end on a merc what model is I dont know.
As you see the pop rivets, they are a standard pop reivet same as mine at the back like this, but at the front I have 8 pop rivets that have a tail with a thred and at the back of the gearbox there is two used screw hole indenttations the same as the screwbolts that hold the engin under panel on the car.
Blobcat has posted the EPC showing what looks like your part. Do any of them match?

It’s the back end of and S212 350 rather than 220 but the Center parts are the same.
What may be easier here is if you take a picture of the location on your car circle it and it might give us some chance at working out the part you need. Your reply above still doesn’t answer questions we’ve all been asking you though, even giving you links to parts diagrams doesn’t seems to help.

As before about the model, the AMG thing it’s irrelevant, yours is an S212 with the OM651 engine and the 722.9 (I think, could still be a 722.6) gearbox, you still haven’t clarified if it pre or post facelift which helps too (there were a little over 2000 changes between pre and post facelift cars) if you post your VIN number we might be able to help more
My vin number is WDD2122022A735764 all I know is it was one of the last made in 2013 I just missed the 63 plate hope this helps I will try to take a photo but as you know my car is 40mill lower than a normal E class. Thanks for your help Tony

Good bit of info, my log book says 2013, any way that is not my prolem, I think the only way to find out about my panel is to talk the person who owned the car before me from new, if he bought it as standard or had a kit put on the car all I have to do is find the person. Thank you.

That's difficult due to GDPR as previous owner details aren't shown on the V5 anymore
The age does make a difference as it's on the pre/post facelift changeover - as an aside what's the registration as that can give useful information
Useful to update your location as we've some excellent indies around the country who could no doubt help as well

@Catfisherman did you get stuck under the car trying to get a photo for us, or did you find the part eventually?
Hi I am trying to upload some pictures of the place where the lost panel went.

This is were the panel goes, you can see on the poprivets that some have a tail and some don't, that is how they were fitted to my car, with the same nuts as the ones that hold the panels that go down the sides, my panel went from the gear box too the back axle.

As you can see in these photos which are a better quality, you can also so the holes that some bolts went to hold on the panel.
