These code W202, W210, 123, 124, E200

How do you arrive at them? Sorry for taking your time am a new member and recently aquired my first MB

If you look in the link you can see all of the models,the numbers are for that group or chassis that various cars of a similar size was built on, the 124 for instance was built from 1986-1996 and the C lass started with the 202 in 1996 and went through to 2002 where the next one was the 203

How do you arrive at them? Sorry for taking your time am a new member and recently aquired my first MB

E200 simply means "Einspritzung" as in Injection. In the past, before MB switched to E and C before the numbers, it would appear at the end (ie 200 E), meaning the same.

i got a wee bit confused by the 210 and so on stuff, if for instance i see a part on ebay for example that says mercedes benz e 210 does that mean it will fit my car?

seen a load of things for an e class but it had w211 w210 etc which threw me a bit
