Did the other forum give any explanation as to why they deleted your post about this...?

"Did not comply with their rules" and they were going to bury the thread in a deep vault. ( as they are perfectly entitled to do )

Not being funny, just I was a little shocked - salt in wound sort of thing. It is also good to know who you are dealing with.
