My CLC has the new Audio 20 which has the Media Interface included. The actual cables to connect devices to this port in the glovebox don't seem to be with the car, does anyone know if this is a part that should be purchased separately?

I know that Comandonline have them for £47 but I'm loosing trust in my dealership and wanted to know if they may have removed them from the car before delivery so I would need to purchase from them.

The salesman said that I would need to book my car in to get the dashboard removed and additional cables installed at the cost of £350. A bit if investigation myself has found the Media Interface in the glovebox.

I've got the Media Interface in-built with the new Audio 20 and telephone pre-wiring but I don't have the cable which connects devices to the little port in the glovebox.

I've just done some reading and the cables shouldn't be included and are an optional extra.
