3 reasons to call Chris Knott this December:
1. Because you called them in November to get proof of protected NCB and still haven't had a response.
2. You emailed them (and their insurer) in November re the above... And still haven't had a response.
3. To ask for a letter of apology to pass to new insurer (because Chris Knott's insurer wouldn't insure the new car), for keeping them waiting for proof of protected NCB.
Sorry to make this public chaps, but clearly direct phone calls and email requests don't work!
Im 23 with a 2012 C250 AMG Coupe (204BHP) i have 5 years NCB and currently insured with Aviva.
You would not insure me? i payed £700 in a one off payment for this year.
Renewal is in May, expecting to pay £650.
