Mercedes c220- problems with mpg

There used to be a link at the bottom of the page that took you directly to http://www.mercedesspecialistfinder.co.uk/ but that has now disappeared and the link herewith doesn't work any more so I don't know what's wrong, after I post I'll report this to the mods for resolution.

The nearest I know to you in Newcastle is in fact in York so a little way off, I'm sure there are others and that a session with Star/Xentry diagnostics will at least be revealing.

I mainly use Tesco fuel

I'd try a different fuel. It won't make a huge difference but try a premium fuel.

i just full tanked it yesterday lol, Il changed the fuel next time

I don't think it will make the difference of 20mpg or so but I have seen differences of around 6mpg in the past from supermarket fuel and say BP fuel. But.... You never know.

My 2018 C220cdi will achieve 50mpg very easily on a run at 80mph.

If your car was leaking diesel, you would have noticed drips on the road because diesel does not evaporate.
