Mercedes c250 w204 2011 idling question

Hello everyone , i purchased lately a mercedes c250 w204 2011 great on roads ,only one thing is worrying me, is that at start up it takes time to warm up,if i move before 15 min of warming ,it displays bad signs like shaking at the least acceleration and a lot of white smoke.
I am newbie and i will be much grateful if anyone help me understand the case and do the right thing.
