Mercedes Exchange Plan

Mercedes have a 30day / 1000 mile exchange plan on used cars. Everywhere I see it says Terms and Conditions apply. Have tried going through the interweb, but nothing. Can someone enlighten me?

What I mean to ask is that if (currently I am happy with the car) I am unhappy with the car, and I see a better one come by, can I just exchange (provided I aint done 1000 miles or 30 days are not up), or do I need to stick to some stipulations etc. etc.

I don't know the exact rules. I suspect condition and mileage may be a condition but as I understand it, it basically does what it says. The salesman recounted the story of a customer who bought an ML500 and brought it back after he discovered how much fuel it used. He was able to swap into a 320cdi without any fuss. Clearly any price difference has to bemade up and I doubt they'd give you a refund if you chose a cheaper car! (Exchange up only!)
