Mercedes S280 Boot Lid Problem

Could anyone tell me how to reset a Mercedes S280 Boot lid...... its a 2000 model

THe boot lid opens slightly however it has to be closed manually? is there some sort of memory on it or is there a fault - any assistance much appreciated

Self closing is a very rare option, if you have a red button on the lid then it needs to be pressed to self close, if no button then no option.

do you mean full self close, as in from fully open (agree thats rare) or just the final latching, which I thought they all did?
