Guilty on all counts I'm afraid, but I love her, she still does what she's told!littlebrooklyn said:A Merry Christmas to you too and also to all the other wonderful people on here. I have learnt a lot since joining this forum, even though most of the technical jargon goes whoosh right over my head
I hope all you men are organised for Christmas and aren't all going to be making a mad last minute dash into town on Christmas Eve to buy your loved ones their presents.
I also hope that you are all good at reading women's minds and knowing what we really want for Christmas
littlebrooklyn said:It seems to me that you men just don't understand how women's minds work at all. Most women start to drop huge subtle hints about what they want for Christmas from Summer onwards, you men should start getting better at opening your ears and listening instead of engaging your usual selective deafness mode.
Just remember that diamonds really are a girls best friend and you can't really go wrong with them, and when a woman say's 'I don't want anything for Christmas' or 'surprise me' what she really means is 'If you don't get me that huge rock you'll be sleeping in the spare room for the next year'. Also never buy anything domestic, we really don't want a new hoover for Xmas thank you
If you can't afford diamonds go along to your local Swarovski crystal store, they have some beautiful pieces of jewellery in there :-D
