mixture adjustment - adjuster screw

this is one for Andy i think !
my 1991 e300 injection needed to have the fuel mixture adjusted via the small recessed allen screw in the top of the throttle body, trouble is that it feels as though the screw is not attached to anything, is it possible that the thread from the allen screw has become detached from the adjuster arm on the butterfly??
and if so is there a way to gat it back on without taking the whole thing to pieces?

JR, I did think you were great in Dallas. Although you lost a lot of your hear know and you eyebrows require triming.......Sorry wrong bloke.

The mixture adjusting screw can be renewed by poping into to the local stealership, and pointing out the offending part. You will find it comes as a kit. About £7 or so, not so easy to fit. Requires gentle tap with the ole chisel. You will see what I mean when you get the kit.
