Insurance renewal time soon - last year I know I ended up paying way too much..

So, full ncb, both drivers over 40 years of age - we don't live in a city.

Would appreciate hearing how much you pay and to whom...?

it really won't help you. Premiums differ so much that who's good for me may be useless for you. Personally I've been with Frizzell since I bought my first merc and they were always very competetive. But they were silly this year until I negotiated a massive discount.
My advice is always to put your details into the insurance search engines then ring your own ins co and tell them you're leaving unless they can match it. 9/10 times this works. If not, then take the name of the insco and go direct, as the search engines are on commission so you often get a better price direct. Either way, it will give you a list of whose competetive for you on your car in your postcode, this week. It will all change next week mind!

Insured mine last week with Admiral on line, my AA quote for male, 45, 6 years no claims, 3,000 miles £383.36 fully comp, I shopped around and the best was Admiral, me and the wife, 5,000 miles, protected non claims £268.80fully comp! The cheapest insurance I have ever purchased.
