Mouse under bonnet?

I've recently had a new belt tensioner fitted to my merc c200 auto (1997 R). Only last night, I noticed a subtle squeaking noise coming from under the bonnet. I've checked the tensioner which appears to be ok, and the belt is sitting nicely, but I can't figure out what the squeak is!

It isn't constant, but tends to happen at low revs and speeds 40mph -. It doesn't get louder as I accelerate, and is never heard in 'Park'.

Is there a mouse prevalent in my engine, or can someone help me?

Thanks,
Dan:confused:

sounds like it could be a slipping belt

if you had a new belt as well they can take a while to settle in and stop squeaking.
