Hello hope someone can help. My car makes a strange noise when I put my foot down and I'm turning not when going straight. All fluid levels are fine plus I have noticed a clearish fluid on the ground but levels are fine plus slow oil leak but oil level is fine . Sorry this is the first time I've posted a question. Thank you for reading my problem car drives fine thanks jake

Get your car to a merc indy to get looked at. No point guessing or asking for ideas as you will get a list as long as your arm as will the final costs.
You clearly have 2 leaks which is not good despite yourcsr appearing ok. There should be no leaks.
The noise could be one of many suspension components or could be a drive shaft, but thats just guessing.

Where are you located, maybe there is a good merc indy neart you that someone can recommend.

That would be my guess as well, turning, then noise, perhaps level is low, and when pump is being asked to work, cannot pick up oil, hence noise.

Always worth investigating an oil leak no matter how small, common causes on these are drips coming from bottom of swirl flap spindles or sometimes drips from turbo inlet pipe. Most MOT testers will fail a car that drips oil.

I'm in Boston Lincolnshire

I have not used then but Dack motor group in lincolnshire say they are merc specilaists.

Otherwise a drive to Nottingham perhaps and have a day out.

Mercserve who I have used for 20 years,
MB centre also.

Hope someone else pops up with something closer to home.
