Need help identifying part to buy please

I need help please, my mechanic has just told me to source and replace the top hose in my Mercedes CLK 230 But i don't know how to find the part name or number. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Picture attached

Sorry number is on hose just couldn't see as it was faded, just need to find a dealer

Looks like top hose labelled #5 in diagram below with Part No A202 501 3982.

If you get the hose from a main dealer, just give them your Reg# or Vin# and tell them you want a top radiator hose and I expect that will be the part above.
