Number 30 is used on car electric diagrams for a wire that is supposed to have 12volts ALL THE TIME.
I think you have pulled the relay out of the fuse box and you are poking the tip of the probe into the hole that the flat pin of the relay marked 30 goes into.
How clean does the inside of that hole look..?
If it is nice and shiny, then take another relay out and look for 12v on the pin 30 of that relay.
If you are getting 12v on other pin 30s, then there must be some broken wire underneath the fuse box.
Please put up some pictures.

hi I'm using a back-probing pin and flat probe pin probe to check fit good. I have only one power slot#86, slot #30 not getting power. I'm trying find out what powering slot #30 I think it the engine computer but not sure. and i know i'm suppost to have 2 power also tried other relays. it not any of relays, it the relay socket

not yet having I haven't been working on lately waiting to warm up I did find a wiring diagram thanks for asking

hi group getting power now can jump fuel pump relay to get fuel pump running, but key on not turning fuel pump relay on
I think it not get getting it ground

I think that means the fuel pump relay is faulty.

tried 3 new relays and did a bench test the the relays too all are good

To my thinking, that leaves the actual ignition switch.

Also the engine computer on the fuel pump lead coming out showing 3.5 volts
