New C300D

Hi guys, I have just put a deposit down on a 2020 69 plate C300D but I have just noticed on the door from images I took it doesn't have the seat image with the adjustable controls for the seats, mirrors etc for different users, the car is an AMG Premium plus 9G Tronic so I was under the impression it should have this but it doesn't, it did state in the description it has memory pack.

Also do all premium plus come with multibeam headlights?

Mmm, premium plus should have electric seats, as far as I'm aware.

Welcome - the problem is that different models have different specs at different times so Premium Plus isn't definitive package across the board. If the car has been sold as a memory pack it should have the controls on the door.

I’ve checked the 2018 brochure, from when I bought my GLC, and the memory package was part of “Premium”, LED headlamps were standard across the board but the Intelligent Lighting System was an extra cost option.

PS - I’ve just checked the online manual for that car and it definitely shows the seat adjuster on the door. Download the “Mercedes Guides” app (Apple and Android) and download the one for you car,

I’ve got Premium Plus but ILS was an extra cost.

Hi guys, i have just got of the phone to Mercedes Leeds and after a certain year the memory seats were an additional extra, it does have the multi beam headlights though which i would prefer tbh.

That’s what I thought, it’s got every other gadget you could think of including the multi beam headlights so I think I might just have to accept it as they are hard to get hold of in that C300D Premium plus

I don't think you'll miss them - the only time I ever use mine is to put the seat back to my prefered position after it comes back from a service.

On a CLA the same year as yours Premium Plus spec adds memory seats, multibeam led and panoramic roof.
Surely at least the same is true for the C class.

On a plus note it absolutely does have multibeam led...in fact even the Premium spec has them.
