having owned both , stick with the 215 palThat's a lovely thing...one of the few that could tempt me out of mine.
I agree, understated is a better description.I think the CL looks stunningly understated , one day I’ll have one
I quite like the fact that they are understated. Barely gets a glance at car events either.I agree, understated is a better description.
I have the 7G box.I just find the 215 is a better car all round , the 216 is handsome , beautiful interior but for me I never really enjoyed the ownership experience , searing straight line speed is great but it never inspired confidence on any other road , 215 would outrun it easily on a decent B road blat pal , the 216 makes a statement , the 215 feels special , I think the only thing I miss about the 216 is the 7G box , if the 215 had that it would be brilliant
Wish i had . . .I have the 7G box.
Buying palladium was a very good move....I agree it is understated but funnily enough friends or individuals who see it for the first time are fascinated when all of the windows make it pillarless and hear the V8 engine note.
They also assume it is a one year old car due to the modern design, quality and colour of paintwork.
It helps with the uncluttered interior being as new.
