Just wondering if anyone has any ideas about a problem with my A170. It is seemingly losing power, particulary when driving on the motorway. Although the accelarator is pressed down, you can feel a drop in power and this is reflected by the speedo dropping. The only way to solve the problem is to lift your foot off and then down again. It is a T reg 86,000 miles, A170 cdi avantgarde semi-automatic. Sorry to say, I know nothing about cars so any help would be greatly appreciated. Always a bit worried about having to take a car to a garage not really knowing what might be wrong with it!!! I had heard this was a common fault with A170's but not sure.
