i recently came across a man who had an old mercedes sitting in his yard. i asked him why he'd let such a car sit...and he in turn sold it to me for practictly nothing. ive restored cars before, but never something foreign or this old. its a 1972 250. its a 6 cyl 2.6 engine. apparently the key cylinder was what was broke before it sat around for 4 years. its got alil rust and the tires are no good, but other then that i have high hopes for it. if any has any suggestions on what to do to this car to get it up and runnin again or have any type of wiring diagrams, engine or related diagrams that would be a huge help.
