OK - It's not an MB (for the moment) but I do need some rears.

They are not run flat - 295/30 ZR20 (101y)

With 600bhp & 700Nm it needs good ones - but what to choose?

Any answers will be gratefully received (and good sources even more!)

With that Power I would definitely want Quality. I would go Michelin.

I have never considered - they look fine, "scores" are good - I may well consider them!
I recently put them on the r230 as I couldn't get my usual choice Rainsport 3 in the right size. Previously I had Goodyear Assymetric 2 on the rear and was never happy with them in wet/cold weather. The Falkens are very good so far. Much better wet/cold grip than the Goodyears and a lot quieter too. No views yet on longevity but given the grip so far I'm not too concerned if they wear a little quicker.

If I’d kept the 63 Falkens would have been going on....

I have used Falken's in the past no problems, but not with that power.

Also very noisy.
I've heard this a lot but I don't find them noisy at all. And super grippy. I like them so much that I've fitted them to all three of our cars this year. I'll report on wear when they're old enough.
